UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You can edit/update the following information on your account by sending an e-mail directly to our monitoring center alarms@gssc.net. See below for account information that can be updated at this time. Read the description after each topic for instructions on what to include in your message.

All e-mails must include the following required* information.
*System Number:
*Account Name: (business name or first/last name if residential)
*Location Address: (including city, state, zip)
*Contact Phone Number:
*E-mail Address:
*Changes requested by:

Keyholder/Call List Changes

Enter "Call List Change" in the subject line. Enter the required information in the body of the e-mail message. Then, list the changes (additions and/or deletions) to your call list.

Open/Close Schedules

Enter "Open/Close Schedule Change" in the subject line. Enter the required information in the body of the e-mail message. List the days and open/close information for those days. Enter the earliest and the latest time the system can be armed (closed) or disarmed (open). Be sure to note if this is a temporary or permanent change. If temporary, please enter the exact dates of the new schedule.

Keyholder/Call List Changes

Vacation/Out of Town Notification
Enter "Out of Town Notification" in the subject line. Enter the required information in the body of the e-mail message. Enter the dates you will be gone and any special instructions.

Service Request

Enter "Service Request" in the subject line. Enter the required information in the body of the e-mail message. Describe the nature of the problem. Also, tell us the best way to contact you to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

Change in Mailing Address/Contact Person

Enter "Change in Mailing Address" or "Change in Contact Person" in the subject line. Enter the required information in the body of the e-mail message. Enter the new information you want updated. Make sure to include your old address or contact person so we know we are updating the correct information.

Other

Enter a description of the request in the subject line. Enter the required information in the body of the e-mail message. Then, enter your request. These might include: special instructions, requests for new passcards, etc...
